Week 6 is already here. Hopefully your teams are doing good. You just might need that one player to get you over the hump or through the bye week. Let’s see what’s going on.
QB: Austin Davis, Rams- After two weeks throwing 3 TDs, I am on the bandwagon. If you picked him up already, great. If not, go get him.
RB: Ronnie Hillman, Denver- Has to be the best grab this week. He’s got a little more speed than Ball, if he can hold onto the football. Probably a little better of a receiver too. Keep an eye on: Branden Oliver, Chargers- Even if Donald Brown plays, Oliver looks like the more explosive back.
WR: Odell Beckham Jr., Giants- Beckham finally got on the field in 2014 and looked pretty good. He is a rookie and on the Giants, so temper the expectations. Still, a good matchup player or bye week replacement.
TE: Tim Wright, NE- Finally lived up to that late preseason buzz. Had a nice game, netting 85 yards and a score. Even with Gronk getting the majority of TE targets, Wright should be a factor. Brady loves the tight end and the open man. Keep an eye on: Josh Hill, Saints- They are on a bye week, so Jimmy Graham might not miss any time.
D/ST: Packers- Held the Bears to just 17 at Chicago. Basically shut the Vikings out until late and scored a defensive TD on Peppers INT. Looks like they are getting on a roll. Which is bad news for their opponents. Aaron Rodgers ability to score puts a lot of pressure on the opponents offense as well. Grab ’em.
