Just a headline

Just a headline

I’ve always believed, from day one.

I wanted to shout from the Willis Tower.

Innocent. Innocent.

There’s not many people, I put my faith in.

In this day and age, you can’t really win.

Stay quiet, listen, hold the line.

Pray, have faith, until the right time.

And it comes down.

And it comes now.

There is no lightning.

No thunder clap.

No mystical rain.

Just a headline.

The haters will say, what the haters will say.
