Week 11 is upon us. The last week in which teams will have a bye. Full on action from here on out. This is a good time to take a look at your rosters with an eye on the playoff schedule. You might want to pick up a 2nd defense or grab a player who might have a nice matchup.
QB: Johnny Manziel, Browns- That’s right. Johnny football has been officially named the starter for the rest of the season. He’s had some up and down success, but might be a matchup starter going forward. Kirk Cousins, Redskins- had a nice game vs the Saints, who seem to do that for all QBs. He seems to have an easy schedule going forward.
RB: Alfred Morris, Redskins- I know, another Redskins player! He actually resembled a starting running back. 49% of ESPN owners have kicked him to the curb.
WR: Danny Amendola, Patriots- I suggested him a couple weeks ago, then he dropped off the radar. With Brady’s favorite target going out with a broken foot, Amendola just might get some consistent targets.
TE: Zach Miller, Bears- Jay Cutler is enjoying a resurgence (and an easier schedule). The Bears run a lot of 2 TE sets. Even with Bennett and Jeffery, Miller should figure into the passing game going forward. I think Bennett also might be fighting off an injury.
D/ST: Chiefs- Have actually been putting up some decent points as of late.
