Saviors

Saviors

3-25-16

All of our saviors

Where have they gone?

How can they leave us?

When we need them now

Lord, it’s a riot

So much death in the street

People are cryin’

Not much blood left to bleed

Can you not hear us?

We’re begging for you

Tears have run dry

We’re broken and bruised

Feel us now, as we are calling out, we’ve never needed you more, than we do today

Help us now, as we are reaching out, we need to heal before, we break away

All of the liars

They play the game

They have all blasphemed

Your holy name

They say they are righteous

They say they are just

Used up our money

Now we lie in dust

There goes the planet

So out of control

Divided and conquered

Bought out and sold

Feel us now, as we are calling out, we’ve never needed you more, than we do today

Help us now, as we are reaching out, we need to heal before, we break away
